Dear Patients, Amid the developing Coronavirus, Covid-19 situation, I wanted to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking at Bridge Dental this time.
The health of both our patients and our team is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of Public Health England and the British Dental Association and introducing a wide variety of measures to minimise any potential impact to our patients and team.
We are revising our working hours and our appointment scheduling system to allow more time between visiting patients so that there is minimal or no interaction between patients in waiting areas and allowing more time to disinfect common areas.
We are politely screening our patients before they visit the practice to ensure that they are not high risk for possibly being affected by Coronavirus for example checking any potential symptoms and travel patterns that could put our patients or our team at risk.
We can be flexible in our scheduling of our appointments for our patients from the ‘high risk’ categories (ie expectant mothers, people over the age of 70 or people with underlying health conditions).
We are also open for emergency appointments for all existing and new patients.
Any of our team members who show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms have been advised to follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our patients and our team.
